David
A Sense of Duty
Attorney David Allard first learned the value of contingency planning while serving in the United States Marine Corps. David’s military training and planning was instrumental in his survival during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom in the Middle East.
Shortly after his four years of active duty came September 11th. Marines were being deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. David, working to build air defense systems for the military, immediately requested an assignment to the Middle East, spearheading the implementation of these systems throughout Southwest Asia and the Horn of Africa. David’s dedicated service established his abilities to remain calm under pressure and analyze potential outcomes for every scenario.
Justice for Those Who Cannot Fight for Themselves
For the past seven years, David has concentrated on Personal Injury litigation. His principle focus has always been on representing people injured by the negligence of others. He has handled cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites to Constitutional rights infringements and wrongful death.
David is enthusiastic in his fight for the people of California. Far too often big insurance companies take advantage of those who cannot fight for themselves. David navigates and executes the complexities of each case to ensure that citizens maintain their rights and don’t get taken advantage of.
Empathy and Understanding
David endured the unexpected deaths of his mother-in-law and both stepfathers in recent years. He experienced what can happen to a family if an estate plan is absent, incomplete, or inaccurate at the time of their loved one’s passing. The importance of a detailed estate plan is crucial for families and David strives to ensure and protect everyone affected by their loss.
David and his wife Angela are excitedly raising two spirited and fearless girls, Malia and Maya. Since the moment of their births, David’s focus has been ensuring their health, safety, and happiness. As he and Angela look towards their family’s future, they recognize the importance of a plan. In the event of a tragedy, the care of their daughters is critical. Without a properly executed plan, their intentions could be lost, leaving the care of Malia and Maya uncertain. In thinking about his own circumstances, David has made it his mission to ensure he does the same for you.

Qualifications and Education
David graduated from the Oregon State University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering before receiving his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2013. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the Eastern District of California, Southern District of California and Northern District Florida.
